The Shanghai Fitness Challenge is a newly introduced functional-fitness competition at the 2025 Shanghai Sports Expo. Featuring 10 event stations designed to test strength, endurance, power, and coordination, the competition welcomes participants aged 18 to 60. With its high participant flow, fast pace, and demanding challenges, it has quickly become one of the most anticipated highlights of this year’s Expo.
At this year’s Shanghai Fitness Challenge, ARGOX and SATO distinguished among numerous vendors through reliable technology and professional on-site execution. Recognized by the event organizers, our solutions—including the athlete check-in system and precision timing setup—provided end-to-end support and ensured the event’s smooth and efficient operation.
1. Check-In System: Efficient, Structured, and Built for Professional Sports Events
To accommodate the high-volume and fast-paced nature of the competition, we deployed a professional wristband printing system that instantly generates two unique wristbands for every athlete:

2. Tag Timing System: Accurate, Reliable, and Built for Competition-Level Performance
To ensure fairness and accuracy in timing results, we deployed a RF Tag timing system with receivers installed at both the starting line and finish line. The system captures:
